"Most of the food allergies die under garlic and onion." ~Martin H. Fischer If only that saying was true I would have a garden full of onions and garlic! Unfortunately for us, there is no cure for our son's peanut allergy. I have learned to cook and bake peanut and egg free.

Today's weather is finally fabulous....
Today with it being sunny and potentially 55 degrees, we have decided to go on the bike trail. I just had the best omelette ever! I will have to post pictures... Have a great day everyone!
